KEEP CALM ALWAYS

By FAR the greatest lesson I learned in my 31st year on the planet, was the incredibly miraculous effect of KEEPING CALM ALWAYS….

No matter the situation, no matter the automatic reaction, a few deep breathes, a few elongated pauses…. Reminding yourself to KEEP CALM and STAY PRESENT, will serve you EVERY TIME….

I am naturally a very REACTIVE person… I speak fast, move fast and at times GET IT VERY WRONG….

I have had a number of incredibly challenging situations this year, including moving 5 times, and I learned (admittedly the HARD WAY) that being a raving lunatic was NOT going to change things OR lead to the outcomes I desired…

In many cases the outcome I desired was NOT an option…. So I had to learn to ACCEPT, ALLOW, LET GO and MOVE ON… Gracefully…. With love and peace…

The ONLY person I really upset by NOT keeping my shiz together was ME…. As I looked the fool…

I also had NO ACCESS to my highly intelligent, intuitive and ingenious inner guide…

My health went AWOL…. my weight went UP…and my skin got BAD… My PCOS also played up…

It was not a nice space to occupy…

I also realised that there is a GRANDER plan and that by letting go and going with the flow, I would soon enough learn just WHY things had to go the way they did…. Some of these Ahh-haa’s I am still awaiting…. But I know they will come…

Anyway, in terms of health, happiness, weight and energy, I can tell you with FULL confidence that an underlying state of CALM will always carry you through nicely, and much less emotionally! ūüôā
