As I’ve been featuring so many MEAT MEALS, I thought it kind and caring to share something a little less cave-man style and a little more plant-based for all my veggie-loving fans out there 🙂
It’s FUN to experiment with Vegetarian meals and to get a sense of what works best for you, your body, your budget, your lifestyle, your values, your family preferences, so on and so forth! As you offer your body different options, and listen for the feedback, you really get a CLEAR sense and KNOWING of what is good/right for you and what doesn’t serve you so well!
It’s all about experimentation, creation, playing, having fun and MOST of all, LISTENING to the very wise and intelligent feedback your very own body will give you.
When we let go of fear and learn to embrace Intuitive Eating, we really become FREE and we can take comfort in knowing that we are ALWAYS feeding our body EXACTLY what it needs!
With that said, here is a special feature recipe from one of my most favourite and colourful Instagrammers- Whole_food_nutritionista ! 🙂
Toni is a gorgeously glorified vegan and an impeccable artist when it comes to her food! Scrolling through her feed will have you salivating and INSPIRED in no time at all! 🙂
Enjoy this delicious creation and feel free to share with anyone who you think may love it too! 🙂
