Vegan Toblerone Chocolate

This one is choc-full (hahaha I SO didn’t deliberately plan that pun, but pretty cool hey!?) of not only protein, fibre and essential fats, but also OODLES of vitamins and minerals!
Maca powder is rich in vitamins B, C, and E and offers generous amounts of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and phosphorous. If you follow the link provided it will take you to Loving Earth’s website where you can read more about it and possibly order yourself some! (NOT sponsored!)
Lucuma powder is a good source of potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, as well as B vitamins and loads of anti-oxidants. In a nutshell, it is the powder of the Peruvian fruit also known as the “Gold of the Incas”. Again you can follow the link provided (NOT sponsored!), to read more and possibly order some! 🙂
COMBINED METHOD AND INGREDIENTS:
- Melt 1 cup chopped cacao butter and
- 3/4 cup coconut oil in a bowl sitting in warm water
- Add 1/2 cup cacao powder,
- 6 tablespoons of maple syrup,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean,
- 1 tablespoon maca and
- 1 tablespoon lucuma powder and
- Freeze a layer of this for 10 minutes before adding
- Chopped, roasted hazelnuts/almonds
- Repeat this process before spreading a top layer of @mayversfood peanut and cacao spread (or suitable/desired alternative) **NOT sponsored** and
- more nuts
- Keep frozen until serving!
