Many of my clients and Glow Academy students confess to being CHOCOHOLICS…..
They stress over how much they LOVE chocolate and constantly try to fight their desires, which quite frankly is nothing but TIRING and gets us NO where! From what I know about Human Behaviour and CHANGE, what we resist PERSISTS!!

I n g r e d i e n t s
1/2 cup of cacao butter
1/4 cup raw cacao
1 tbspn of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of goji berries or raisins or cranberries and maybe some cacao nibs.
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of slivered almonds or sesame seeds or both
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
M e t h o d
In a bowl or container, mix all the ingredients together, minus the cacao butter. This is best to do first as we are going to melt the cacao butter next and we want to ready to just tip in when its melted!
Next, put Cacao butter in a separate heat proof bowl and gently melt over simmer pot of boiling water with some gentle stirring to encourage the melting.
When it’s all melted place the bowl on the bench, then add all the rest of the ingredients into that one bowl and mix.
NOW, if you’re no fuss like me, I just pour and into a glad bake lined dish and whack it into the freezer!
If you want to get fancy you can pop into cup cake cups (tiny ones) or line muffin/cup cake tins to make circles or put in shaped ice trays, possibilities endless!
Whatever you do, it just needs to go in the freezer for HOUR and HALF, then you’re ready to ENJOY your HEALTHY chocolate!!
