No bake brownies

 

I am SO thrilled to share with you today another DELICIOUS and HEALTHY way to enjoy one of our most favourite foods – the chocolate brownie!

Better than that though…. They are SUPER easy and SUPER fast to make!

Just 3 ingredients whacked together and BAM you have taste-bud magic!

Today’s No Bake, Vegan and Raw Brownies come to us from the FABULOUS LoveHealthOk’s Olivia Ku. You can find her on Instagram, You Tube, Facebook and even SnapChat if that’s your thing!

She will entertain, amaze and inspire you with her awesome culinary creations, so ENJOY ! 🙂

For now, to make these yummy choccy brownies, you will need….

INGREDIENTS :

→ 2 cups of medjool dates
→ 1 cup of almond flour
→ 1/3 cup of cacao powder

    Hi Bridget
    my daughter and I just made these no bake brownies. They are in the freezer getting firm as I type. Mixture tasted yummy to all.
    We also made some protein balls with medjool dates, ground pumpkin/flaxseeds, chia seeds, choc chips, protein powder, maple syrup, tahini and I think that’s it.
